How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Peoplesdr Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Peoplesdr Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Peoplesdr Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.
Steps to File
First, email contact@peoplesdr.garden. Next, include these items:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
Then we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
